About Us
We are an entirely outdoor venue located in Colbert, Washington. We have 40 acres of open space so there’s plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out! Our space can be used many different ways. We can accommodate smaller parties or weddings with up to 200 guests! We will work with you to build the perfect package but below you’ll find a bit of info to get you started.
We offer two main packages.
One price for Saturday events and another price for Sunday.
Every Package Includes:
10 Hours of Venue Access (1:00-11:00 PM)
On-site Venue Manager. Not a wedding coordinator or planner. But someone that can help with venue related questions.
Two on-site planning sessions. Typically a 6-Month meeting and then one between 60-30 days before your event.
150 Guest included.
Our famous birds! If you'd like, we have white homing pigeons that can fly during your kiss, walk back down the aisle, or during your grand entrance. They are a guest favorite!
Wood tables and benches.
64 Matching cross back chairs mixed with eclectic wood chairs depending on your guest count. Benches are also used during dinner and reception.
Access to our full decor library.
Venue sets up our items before you arrive. Including anything from our decor library that you select.
Seasonal table flowers. These are flowers from the garden if available to go on your tables. Either bud vases, or one small bouquet per table.
Two possible drink stations available.
Dance floor and lights: The Glasshouse is the perfect dance floor. We also have fun lights to keep the party going into the night.
Three extra tables. Great for a sign-in, cake, or presents.
Extra folding tables available for your vendors if needed. Usually three for a buffet line and two for your DJ to use.
Access to property for engagement photo session if you'd like.
Restrooms: We have two Porta-Potties on site year round. You and your guest will have access to these until we get permeant restrooms.
1 Hour of venue access for your rehearsal. Rehearsals must be scheduled in advance.
Saturday Weddings Also Include:
Venue linens (napkins for each place setting and some tables cloths available).
Access to a full table settings including, china, goblets, and silverware. Less garbage and less waste! Eliminate the plastic and offer a true dining experience for all your guest. This is truly one thing that sets our venue apart from others.
*Sunday weddings do NOT include tables settings or dishes of any kind. You still have access to our decor library. A lot of time your catering company will have plates available. If you want a nice table setting then you can rent from several places around town.
